Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Remove the cooling fan shroud.

.

Release the accessory drive belt.

Disconnect the generator harness.   Reposition the rubber insulator.   Remove the retaining nut.

Remove the three generator retaining bolts.

.

Remove the generator.   Reposition the generator.   Disconnect the electrical connector.

.

Install the generator.   Connect the electrical connector.   Reposition the generator.

.

:   Tighten the retaining bolts in the sequence shown. Install the three generator retaining bolts.   Tighten to 47 Nm (35 lb.ft).

.

Connect the generator harness.   Tighten the retaining nut to 12 Nm (9 lb.ft).   Reposition the rubber insulator.

.

Attach the accessory drive belt.

.

Install the cooling fan shroud.

.

Connect the battery ground cable.
